If this website or any other service provided through M.E. Support has been of use to you, please consider helping to support and continue this important work.

This site has an enviable reputation as a source of quality information, support and encouragement for those touched by M.E. and related conditions. The continued existence and maintenance of M.E. Support is crucial to many individuals, as it is one of the very few places they can find accurate, unbiased and up-to-date information and support.

M.E. Support is not a charity and the costs of running this site are met by myself, with the help of one or two small contributions, and a little advertising. I have never asked for a payment for services provided by M.E. Support and this is something I would like to maintain. Every contribution is greatly appreciated and goes towards running M.E. Support, such as web hosting fees and vital IT support.

Please consider offering a small donation towards the costs of this work, and be an active part of the effort to maintain M.E. awareness. A donation of just £1.00 is of value and will enable me to spend more time maintaining this site and associated services. If you would like to donate a small contribution to the costs, please click the PayPal button below and follow the on-screen instructions. To make a donation by bank transfer or cheque, please Contact Me for the relevant details.

If you would prefer to donate items rather than money, I have a continuous need for supplies in order to operate M.E. Support. All you need to do is click on the button below and this will take you to the Amazon Wish List for M.E. Support. Then you can buy whatever you feel you can and Amazon will dispatch your donation to M.E. Support.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message and for any help you can provide. Your donation will not only enable me to continue my current activities, but allow me to develop new services to support the M.E. community. You will receive a personal thank you letter in recognition of your valuable contribution.

On a final note, I encourage and support fundraising for M.E. Organisations and research into this complex disease. M.E. Support will be launching its own fundraising pack in Spring 2018; please Contact Me to register your interest.

Unrest Review

My brother Stuart and I went to our local screening of Unrest recently, an award-winning documentary film about Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.

Jennifer Brea is about to marry the love of her life when she’s struck down by a fever that leaves her bedridden. When doctors tell her “it’s all in her head”, she turns her camera on herself and her community as she looks for answers and fights for a cure.

Although it was emotionally challenging to watch, we are pleased to share our views on this groundbreaking film with you.

Amazon Wish List

One of the biggest expenses I have with running M.E. Support is the cost of office supplies. I created an Amazon Wish List so that you have the choice of supporting this cause with tangible items as an alternative to making a monetary donation.

Please consider purchasing an item from the list and Amazon will dispatch it to M.E. Support on your behalf. I currently require the following items and would appreciate any help you can provide:
